No. Unless one of them is over 18.  Then being a full time student classifies him as a "Qualifying Child" dependent for the Earned Income Credit (EIC), up to age 24.

 

Even if he is a qualifying child, you do not get the Child Tax Credit (up to $2000) if he is over 16. Instead you get the Other dependent credit of up to $500.
