I am on H1B and this year(2021) only I opened and contributed to the previous year(2020) Traditional IRA. Now I do not want to continue contributing to IRA for the upcoming years and so I have questions on how I can withdraw IRA contribution. My spouse is on F1 visa, so can I use IRA for educational purpose for paying her graduate college fees?
