Can I include my university studies done abroad?

I did my master studies and my first doctoral year abroad there is some way to include taxes?

No, unless the school is on the Dept. of Education list.

Graduate school is not eligible for the American Opportunity Credit (AOC).  The AOC is the only credit with a refundable feature.  That is, you must have a tax liability for the other credit or deduction to benefit you.
