Continuing education to maintain or improve your business is an ordinary and necessary business expense and is deductible along with your other business expenses on Schedule C, Business Income and Expenses.

What section would you take it?  Other MIsc Expense, Legal and Professional Fees, Taxes and Licenses?

I am a big fan of things being clearly marked. I would put it under other misc expenses and list it as training or whatever makes it easy for you to remember if you are audited in 3 years. This is an easy to read and understand deduction. @TD503
