Can student claim full recovery credit for stimulus checks?

My new daughter-in-law, (who married my son in Nov 2020) finished graduate school in June 2020 at the age of 24. She did not receive either of the two 2020 stimulus checks. But she did receive $600 from her school as part of the Emergency Student Support Grant through the CARES act. Is she allowed to claim the entire $1800 for the stimulus checks? Or is she only allowed $1200?

She can claim the whole $1800. The money from school was not an EIP payment---that was something else--schools did not pay stimulus checks.
