Most local jurisdictions include school taxes as part of your property taxes paid. Your property taxes are a deductible expense.

If you are subject to School District Income Tax (SDIT) that is deductible on the federal return, as an itemized deduction. TurboTax will pick up the SDIT withholding from box 19 of your W-2, for the "local income tax" deduction. If you paid more than that, you will need to enter it at the local income tax deduction screen, under deductions and credits.
