I have a dependent son at an in state school in Kentucky (liberal Arts). He has a tuition and related expenses of $43,200, not counting books (from 1098 T). He has scholarships of $25,000. He lives at school in a dorm. My income is $200,000.00. Can I deduct any of his school expenses?

    No, your income is too high to be able to claim the Education Credits or the Tuition and fee Deduction.
