I pay for half of my child's college tuition but do not receive a 1098-T.  How do I enter the deduction in TurboTax given I do not have the 1.98-T form?

Thanks in Advance

You can enter your college payments, even without a 1098-T. There is a way to indicate that you didn't get one in the Education Credit screens. However, why don't you get one? the form has a lot of information that would be needed.

You cannot claim the tuition credit unless you claim the student as a dependent.  If the other parent is claiming the student, as a dependent, then he/she is the only one who can claim the credit.  He can claim what you paid when calculating the credit for himself.
