Didn't receive my 1098-T

I am filing taxes using Turbo Tax Desktop for 2019-2020. I didn't receive my 1098-T for 2019 due to which I am unable to add my educational expenses. Is there any other way to include it? For 2019, I paid fees for one semester and then graduated. The amount is approximately around $11000.

It depends. It would be best to get Form 1098-T. They are often placed in the student's portal. If the expenses for your final spring 2019 term were paid in 2018, you will not be able to claim the deduction in 2019. See 2019 IRS Publication 970 Education Expenses page 14 column 1 regarding prepaid expenses.

However, you could amend 2018 to report the actual expenses paid.

any reason you can't contact the college to obtain it?  Simply not receiving it isn't going to be a good enough reason for the IRS.
