Question

Do I enter 1098-T info on my tax filing if the 1098-T is in my daughters name and not mine?

If your daughter is your dependent, then you only can claim her education expenses reported on her form 1098-T and you enter her 1098-T on your tax return.

If your daughter is not a dependent, then she will claim her own education expenses and enter her form 1098-T on her tax return.
