Question

Do I have to enter my scholarship if I didn't receive forms for it? I received a scholarship, but it wasn't on any forms or reported to my school. Should I still enter it

Simple answer: No.

But taxes aren't simple.

The 1098-T is only any informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means you are either eligible for a tuition credit or deduction or possibly your student has taxable scholarship income.

You claim the tuition credit, or report scholarship income, based on your own financial records, not the 1098-T.  Scholarships that exceed Qualified educational expenses (QEE, tuition, fees, books and other course materials are taxable income).  That said, if you have some taxable scholarship, and it's your only income or your total income is less than $12,200, it does not need to be reported (unless you are a dependent with more than $1100 of investment income).
