The only income I have comes from my parents.

If you did not work or receive any income you have no reason to file a tax return.

    Who has to file?

If you received no taxable income in 2024 there is no need to file a 2024 tax return.

No, you do not have to file a tax return if you had no income in 2024.  Money your parents give you is not income, it's a gift.

    Q. Do I have to file taxes if I’m an unemployed full time student?

    A. Probably Not.

Maybe, if you received unemployment compensation and any other income of more than $1300.

Maybe, if you are over age 23 and not a dependent of your parents.
