Do I list my state of residency as Georgia or Rhode Island? I am a full time student going to school in GA, but I am a dependent and live in GA during the school year.

Do you mean that your home is in Rhode Island but you are going to school in Georgia? If so, your residence is Rhode Island. Being away at school is considered a temporary absence. However, if you worked in Georgia, be sure to indicate that you made money in another state. You will have to file a Georgia nonresident tax return in addition to your Rhode Island resident tax return.
