No, there is no specific tax return that graduate students receive.  The refund will be solely based on your income and any credits that you may qualify for. 

Note: There is an education credit called American Opportunity credit available for undergraduate students and the maximum that they can receive is $1000, even with no income (based on their education expenses of course).  But that is not available for graduate students.
