Does anyone have a problem being qualified for the sc tuition tax credit?

    Yes, I just noticed that, yet it gave me a dollar amount for the student loan expense, but it does nothing to my tax liability!??

    Here is a flow chart for eligibility, the form and instructions for the SC tuition credit. It is refundable up to $1,500 which means tuition minus scholarship would be $3,000 or more for the full amount.
