Does my 18 year old high school student need to file taxes on her part time job?

She made less than $5000 and I claimed her on my taxes.

She does not have file her own tax return if her income on a form W-2 is less than $6,300. However, she can file a tax return to get a refund of all or part of the federal tax withheld.

She needs to indicate on her return that Someone else is claiming her as a dependent.
