Does the CARES act go under scholarships/grants?

In 2020, my University received money for the CARES act. I was refunded $1000. It doesn't look like this amount was accounted for on my 1098 T form. Should I add that $1000 amount to the scholarships/grants section?

No. That's tax free, just like the stimulus payment your parents got.
