I use my dad’s income on my FASFA form. My parents were never married and don’t live together. My mom however is claiming me in her taxes. Will this impact my FAFSA, since my mom makes more than my dad?

If your mother is claiming you, then you should probably use her financial information for the FAFSA.  According to the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, you should use the financial information for the parent you lived with the most over the past 12 months.  If you didn't live with either, or lived with them the same amount of time, then you should report information for the parent who provided more financial support over the last 12 months or in the last year you received support on the FAFSA form.  If you qualify as your mother's dependent, then she would probably be the one whose information you should use.
