Where on Turbo Tax do I enter line 1 from 1098-T? The line on education expenses says $0 and will not let me change it.

Following, I'm having the same issue...

Has anyone gotten this resolved? I followed all of the instructions provided, but 0 still shows in education expenses and it keeps saying I already entered the information.

To enter Form 1098-T:

Open or continue your return, if you're not already in it.
Search for 1098T and select the Jump to link at the top of the search results.
Select Yes on the Do you want to enter your higher education expenses? screen.
On the Your Education Expenses Summary screen, select Add A Student.
Select the name of your student (this could be you, your spouse, or a dependent) and Continue.
Answer some questions about the student and then you'll reach the Did [student] get a 1098-T from [school] for 2019? screen. Select Yes and Continue.
Enter the information from your 1098-T on the next screen. When you're finished, select Continue

After you enter your 1098-T, we'll ask some additional questions, including whether the student had other expenses (books, supplies, equipment) and financial aid.

I'm sorry but this does not work at all. When I go to that section, it only lets me add "additional education expenses", not tuition. That shows 0 and when I click on it, it says I already entered it and won't let me edit. Is there a fix?

From Deductions & Credits

Expenses and Scholarships (form 1098-T) hit Update

From the page that says Now Let's Gather The Additional Education Expenses

Hit Continue. You will need to continue through several screens until you get to the screen that says Your Education Expenses Summary click Edit

At Here's Your Education Summary you can Edit, Delete or Add New School
