entering tution and enrollment fees

Can someone please guide me as to how to get back to the screen where you enter tuition and enrollment fees. I skipped over it earlier when I did not have my 1098-T yet, now it automatically enters 0 and only gives me the option of entering info for books or other fees no matter how many times I have gone completely back through deductions and credits to try and enter the info

You have to enter your tuition and enrollment on the entry screen for your form 1098-T.

To enter your form 1098-T in TurboTax, follow these steps:

Open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left panel.
Click on Deductions & Credits at the top
Scroll down to the Education section. Click Show more
Select Start next to Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)
On the next page, click on Add a Student. Or if the student has already been added, click on Edit next to the name of the student. After a few screens, answer Yes on the page Did [student] get a 1098-T for the year 2019?

There is no way to add a student or edit my current student info on my turbotax. It skips from Do you have any higher education expenses, to tell us about your education plans (no option for 1098-T), to Now lets gather your additional education expenses. can not get back to a screen that allows me to enter a student, edit a student, or even ask me specifically about 1098-T information to enter. Please help. seems like it may be a glitch in the system

In TurboTax Online Self-Employed, I am able to follow these directions to reach Your Education Expenses Summary.

Start at the screen Now let’s gather Austin’s additional education expenses.
Did xxx pay for books and materials to attend school?
Scholarships and financial aid
Did xxx receive a scholarship or grant in 2019?
Did xxx’s aid include amounts not awarded for 2019 expenses?
Did xxx pay for room and board with a scholarship or grant?
Had xxx earned four years of college credit before 2019?
Is this xxx’s first year of college?
Was xxx working on an associate, bachelor’s or graduate degree?
What was xxx’s enrollment status for 2019?
Had xxx earned four years of college credit before 2019?
Is this xxx’s first year of college?
This is just one of those things we have to ask about…
Your Education Expenses Summary, click Edit to the right of the 1098-T entry.
