I have verified all information and social # is correct. IRS keeps on rejecting. What do I do now?

This message more than likely means that another return was already accepted by the IRS showing the same social security number for the same student.

Since you have verified that the Student's SSN and Last Name are correct, this return will need to be filed on paper with Form 8948.

When the IRS is processing your return they will examine both your return and the one that is claiming the same student to determine which one was filed correctly to claim the credit.
