Question

Error message on 1098-T wrong zipcode.

I get an Error message when trying to file my return. The error is on form 1098-T. It states that the Filer zipcode is invalid for electronic filling. What am I suppose to do. I have deleted the form & reentered all the fields of the form & they are correct

Be sure the two letter state is correct. For example, Arizona is AZ (not AR).

But where is it? I can't even find where the state code would be. What page should I be looking on?

I have tried my home zip code and my work zip code (both of which are entered somewhere). Why it this suddenly wrong?
