Question

Every time I enter and submit my 1098-T Information the form tells me "Please fill in all of the information above." I AM entering the information! What is the problem?

I enter the following:

1) School's name
2) School address
3) City
4) State
5) Zip Code
6) You attended this same school in 2018
7) Filer's federal ID no.
😎 Box 1 - Payments
9) Box 4 (blank)
10) Box 5 - Scholarships/grants
11) Box 6 (blank)
12) Boxes 7-9 - Checked Box 8
13) Box 10 (blank)

Then I click 'Continue' and BOOM the form is reset and the red text "Please fill in all of the information above." is back taunting me after I have input the information a dozen times over.

In the review screen, there should be a second window on that page with a picture of your tax form. If you use that second window to scroll down, the missing information should be marked. You may be able to correct it directly in that form instead of the fields that present above the form.
