I was charged a fee of $50 and I do not understand why. I was also charged a fee over $100 for a service that I was unqualified for. The situation pertaining to my issue was that I had to upgrade the app if I was a college student. But there was no change once I did. I would like a full refund.

You can review your fees by following the instructions below.

After signing in to TurboTax, open or continue your return.
Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and then Tools.
A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen.
Select the My Fees box on the right.

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons:
