Question

Filling in 1098 info. loan amount is less than 375K. can I continue entering 1098 info or ski entering 1098 info?

If you are going to be able to Itemize Deductions (if that total will be more than the Standard Deduction) then go ahead and enter the 1098 to report the Home Mortgage Interest you paid in 2020.
