this line says, Did the student receive Form1098-T from this institution for 2023? No is checked. It should be yes, I filled out lots of details from the 1098-T, but I cannot figure out why the form has No checked. I also cannot figure out how to change it.

I have two kids in college, and on the first one, the box is correct, on the second it is wrong.

How can I update that?

Just entering the 1098-T in TurboTax usually takes care of that. You probably answered something wrong. In particular, check that you entered the school's EIN and address with the correct zip code.

If that doesn't help, delete the student and start over. Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click delete next to the student's name. You'll then get the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen again. Click the "Add a student" button.
