Your parents will have to. Education expenses always go on the return where the student is claimed as a dependent.  Who actually paid the expenses does not matter.

The only time the 1098-T would be claimed by the dependent would be if the scholarships/grants exceeded the expenses and needed to be reported as taxable income.
