Hi how do I stop being prompted to review my 1098?

If you are still receiving a message to review a form you have deleted, you need clear the cache and cookies on your computer. When a form is deleted some residual information form the form remains in your computer. This procedure should correct this information.

By holding down the CONTROL, SHIFT, and DELETE keys at the same time it will get you to the clearing step.

If you deleted the Form 1098-T you should have been done through the Tools Center.

1. Select Tax Tools in the Black bar on the left side of the screen.
2. Select Tools from the drop down menu.
3. Select Delete a form from the Tools Center.
4. Find the form and select Delete on the right side.
