Question
Hi, I was a J1 student and I filled with Turbotax which i found out is a wrong form. Its been approved by IRS but i hvnt got my refund. how do i dispute this?
I know i can contact sprintax to fix this problem but i dont want to use sprintax service as i found another alternative. However i could not proceed with the other service because technically i submitted the federal taxes form here already. Guidance will be appreciated on how I can fix this! thank you.
