Hi, it looks like I didn't claim student loan interest in 2023. can I add the 2023 student loan interest to my 2024 taxes?

No.  You cannot correct a 2023 mistake by adding it to your 2024 return.   You can, however, amend your 2023 return to include the student loan interest.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
