To do this, you need to edit the Education Information of this student:

Open your tax return
Click on Federal in the left panel.
Click on Deductions & Credits at the top
Scroll down to the Education section. Click Show more
Select Start next to Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)
On the next page, click on Edit next to the name of the student.
On the next age, click Edit next to Education information
Continue the TurboTax interview to edit the information.

I ended up deleting the student and started the 1099Q and T over.
