How can I figure out how much money I get from each job, school, and child?

You can't. 

A tax return is used to add all those things together and then make a calculation to determine your tax. 

 

You could do several "mock" returns to see what your tax would be with a dependent and then one without to se the difference, but a tax return cannot be broken down into sections like you would want.
