If you are referring to how to add your school expenses from a Form 1098-T in the program, here are the steps:

 

In TurboTax online,

  • Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
  • At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "1098t" and Enter
  • Select Jump to 1098t
  • Follow prompts

You will receive a Form 1098-T if you have paid any qualified education expenses last year.  Your school is supposed to issue you the form.  If you have paid qualified education expenses and meet certain requirements, you may qualify for an education tax break including the American Opportunity Tax Credit AOTC, Lifetime Learning Credit or Tuition & Fees deduction. To see if you qualify, here are the links:

If you live in a state with a School District income tax, identify the state.

If you are a dependent,  the tuition credit is claimed by your parents, not you
