It comes up twice in the TurboTax (TT) interview.  Edit your personal info. You'll get the yes or no quetion to being a full time student.  

 

Later, in the educational expenses section, you'll be asked to check one of three student status boxes: "Full Time", "Half time or more" or "less than half time". 

Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary".  Click edit next to the student's name. That should take you to a screen “Here’s your Education Summary”. Click edit next to “Education Information”.
