How do I enter in my 1098-T, when it is not given in common tax form format, and all that is listed is the amount I qualify for and a list of charges?

There is just a list of charges to the school, and then a total for amount paid and a total for the amount qualified, there is no scholarship total even though I had one.

Schools can use "substitute" 1098-T  forms.  In TurboTax (TT), type the info in manually at the 1098-T screen.  After entering the 1098-T info, you will encounter a subsequent screen where you can enter scholarships not shown on the 1098-T.

That said, it is uncommon for scholarships not to be on the 1098-T.  What you have may not be a  substitute 1098-T.  Verify that the school is on the Dept of  Education list of "eligible institutions"*.  Enter your school at the link below, to see if it's on the dept. of education list.

* To be eligible for the tuition credits or tuition & fees deduction, the course must be taken at "an eligible institution". The school should be able to tell you if it is an eligible educational institution. In general, an eligible educational institution is an accredited college, university, vocational school, or other postsecondary educational institution, including accredited, public, nonprofit, and proprietary (privately-owned, profit-making) postsecondary institutions. Additionally, in order to be an eligible educational institution, the school must be eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the Department of Education. If they issue a 1098-T they are probably an eligible institution
