How do I enter the Illinois allowable credit of 10000 dollars per student to their Brightstart 529 plans?

I was not prompted to enter them as the automated help said I would be.

To enter your Illinois Brightstart 529 plan credit, please follow the instructions below:

Open your return.
Click on State on the left-hand side.
Click Edit next to your Illinois return.
Continue through the screens.
On the page Here's the income that Illinois handles differently, scroll down to Education.
Click Start next to College savings and prepaid tuition plan contributions.
Enter all of your contributions. The program will limit contributions IL allows for 2021: $10,000 ($20,000 if married filing jointly).

I do not see College savings and prepaid tuition plan contributions. How to get there?

If you see a screen in your Illinois return titled Your 2021 Illinois taxes are ready for us to check, click Edit next to Income. This will bring you to the screen, Here's the income that Illinois handles differently. When you are on that screen, please see the screenshot below for the location of the 529 credit.
