You get that from your own records. If the tuition payment went straight from the government to the school, that amount is usually included in box 5 of the 1098-T. But it will not be differentiated, on the 1098-T, from any other scholarships. The schools have their own rules on how they report that. Your student account, online, at the school, may have the details.
