How do I know if I was a full-time Student? I took 7 credits one semester then 9 the next

Answer yes if your Form 1098-T Tuition, Box 8, Checked if at least half-time student, is checked.  If the box is checked, you may be eligible for education credits.

Your school determines what constitutes a full time course load.  It's usually 12 credit hours at most schools.
