Secondary school education tuition payments are not reported on a tax return

Normally, you don't enter that anywhere. There is no federal tax deduction or credit for that.

If you have some other purpose for entering it (state tax credit or deduction or a 529 plan distribution), indicate what it is you are trying to do and what state you are in. In general, state credits and deductions will come up eventually in the state interview.
