I have a dependent who attends school and was able to add their 1098-T but it also included one under my name and I can't seem to get rid of that.

First be sure you want to delete the 1098-T. If the student is your dependent, you are the one who claims  the tuition credit or deduction. To do so, you must enter his/her 1098-T on your tax return.

Normally the student dependent doe not enter the 1098-T on his tax return. The exception is when some of his scholarship is taxable income.

Some times the 1098-T gets entered on both the parent and studen't return, with adjustments.

That said, to delete the 1098-T, Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary".  Click delete next to the student's name.   You cannot just delete the 1098-T. All education info entered will be deleted.
