I am eligible for part of my American Opportunity Credit to be refundable, but Turbo Tax is not calculating it correctly and isn't showing it as refundable. What do I do?

I am between 18 and 24, am not a dependent, and my earned income was over half of my support. TurboTax is giving me a credit up to the amount of taxes I paid, but not the refundable portion. I know this is incorrect, but cannot determine how to make TurboTax figure it correctly.

Go thru the interview again. In particular, Edit your personal information at the beginning of the software. When Turbotax (TT) sees, from your birth date that you are under 24, it specifically asks if you provided more than half your support with earned income.

Thanks! Completely overlooked that.
