I am the cosigner on student loans for my daughter and have made 100% of the payments in 2020, Can I deduct the interest? She is not a dependent

Yes, you can deduct the student loan interest on your return as long as you are legally obligated to make the payments and the loan was originated at a time when your daughter was your dependent.
