I am trying to claim the Louisiana School Expense Deduction, TurboTax says I do not qualify. There are no income limits on this. How can I override this?

In Louisiana, deductions are allowed for private school tuition, supplies and uniforms. I am trying to claim this (and have for 9 years now). TurboTax this year has decided I am no longer eligible for this deduction. Louisiana does not have any income limits or qualifiers for this deduction. How can I troubleshoot this or work around it.

On a side note, if I go to the Louisiana Dept of Revenue and do my taxes there, I am allows to claim the credit. I just like to keep my federal and state taxes together.

I actually just resolved this issue after posting. Turbo Tax reset the questions regarding my dependents being eligible for federal tax credits, which then disqualified them from the state exemption. Once I fixed that, aside from Fed taxes being adjusted very favorably, I was then able to provide the school expenses for state deduction.
