Question

I am trying to enter 1098-T information but in expenses and scholarships section, it already has inputted a 0 amount. How do I fix this?

Are you following the below process?

 

1) In TurboTax Online, enter 1098-T into the search field (magnifying glass) in the upper right of your screen. 

 

2) Select the Jump to 1098-T button. Even if you don’t have a 1098-T, you can still enter tuition and fees info in this section.

 

If you are following this process and still experiencing issues, please cut and paste in the error message you are receiving so that we may assist you further.
