Solved

I bought a house this year. The lender immediately transferred my loan. The new lender sent me a 1098 and I used it to file. I just received a second 1098. Can I amend?

The old lender is the one that sent me a second 1098 and there is additional interest and points paid on purchase listed on the 1098. I'd like to write this off on my taxes. TurboTax is saying I can amend, but then says the section isn't available.
