Question

I cant enter my student loan interest info for 2023. It asks if my name is on the 1098-E form and keeps coming back to the same question when i click "yes" and "continue"

its just looping back to the same page for "review" over and over again and doesnt ever let me actually enter the interest information anywhere

First log out of your account, then clear your cache and cookies in your browser. Then delete the 1098E from the summary page entitled Here's your 1098-E info by selecting the trash icon button. That should clear up the error message.
