Question

I did not pay for my college tuition for my fall and spring semester I had financial aid fasfa,but I did pay for my summer course tuition with my money can I report that?

My school never send me a  1098-T form

You should have received a Form 1098T from your school. You might be able to access and print this form through your school's website.  This form reports the amount of tuition that was paid OR the amount of tuition that was billed.

You can claim an education tax benefit on your 2016 tax return based on the qualified education expenses, such as tuition, that were paid in 2016 for courses that were taken in 2016 and/or courses that began in the first 3 months of 2017. It does NOT matter if you paid them out of pocket or if you used student loans. 

However, qualified education expenses are reduced by the amount of tax free educational assistance, such as scholarships, that you received.
