I did not receive my 1098-T

Hello everyone, I went to university abroad and I have not received my 1098-T form from my university. I have finally been able to reach the right contacts abroad (last Friday), but now due to the coronavirus the university in England is closed for the next few weeks. Does anyone know another way to retrieve this form or what I should do?

Sometimes the Universities post the 1098-T forms on their web site in a secure place that you can log into. If that is not the case then you will need to wait for the school to send it to you.

You can also check if the University is an Eligible Educational Institution. If they are not then you do not qualify to take the Education Credit.
