I do not qualify for the AOC.how do you change to Lifetime Credit

Go through the interview for the education credit. TurboTax will calculate Lifetime Education Credit for you if not eligible for the AOC. 

In the interview, answer yes that you have taken the AOC before and enter  4  for the number of times.  That will automatically exclude you from the AOC. 

Alternatively, type letme (no space between let & me) in the search box. Then press enter. Then  click  on the link "jump to letme''. 

TT will give you the option to select another tuition  credit.

If that doesn't work:

Type letme (no space between let & me) in the search box. When the dropdown list appears, click on letme rather than "jump to letme'. On the next drop down, click on the "jump to letme” link.
