Solved

I do not see a space to enter my child's preschool tuition. It should be under From 2441 but it keeps asking if we were full time students or disabled.

To claim the dependent care credit (DCC), both parents must have earned income. There is an exception if one of the parents was a full time student.  Hence the student question, if both parents have not yet entered their W-2s.

Did your child have a childcare provider so that you could work?  The credit will not work for you unless you have entered your W-2's or your self-employment income.    Enter your income first, then try working on the childcare credit.
